DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our space store postage and packing details are found below. If you would like your items delivered sooner than the specified dates then it may be possible via a special curier (however you will be liable for the charges of said currier) and would like to know shipping prices then please contact us via our email address; richard@thespacecollective.com and we will do everything we can to assist you. Please note that during busy periods (i.e. Christmas) the delivery times may vary so we recommend you order in advance for any gifts at the peak times. In addition, there are some products (i.e. Models, Autographs, etc.) that may take longer to be delivered than the times listed below. If the delivery date of such products is a concern then please contact us prior to purchase.

CUSTOMS TAX

Customs & Import tax is the responsibility of the buyer and should be taken into consideration when buying. Many products do not incur a customs charge but there are some that do so we ask that you always check with us before purchasing. There are some instances where we will refund the import VAT but we ask that you please check with us prior to purchase.


RETURNS

Custom and Large Orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Some models and replicas (where noted) are also non-refundable and may not be returned. Costumes and Suits may be exchanged for another size.

All Other Items: You may return an item in its original condition, including all packaging, for a refund within 30 days of receiving - unless otherwise noted on the item page. We do not refund P&P charges and your return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an item is faulty or damaged, please email us first, before shipping it back to us. We do not cover return shipping costs for returning a faulty or damaged item. We will do so only if we wish to recall the item. Shipping & handling charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error. Include a copy of your invoice stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. If using a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account.
