All orders are shipped recorded and insured
United States:
- USPS standard rates, 2-5 working days + 3 days processing time
- FedEx/UPS/DHL standard rates, 1-3 working days + 3 days processing time
United Kingdom:
- FedEx/UPS/DHL standard rates, 5-10 working days + 3 days processing time
European Union:
- FedEx/UPS/DHL standard rates, 5-10 working days + 3 days processing time
Rest of the World:
- FedEx/UPS/DHL standard rates, 7-14 working days + 3 days processing time
Customs & Import Fees: Some countries charge customs and import fees. The buyer is responsible for all import & customs fees and taxes, and The Space Collective bears no responsibility to cover any such fees in any event.
Returns by Customs or Refusal to Accept: If customs return your order for any reason or you cannot/refuse to sign for the shipment, the shipment is automatically returned to us; you must arrange redelivery yourself and at your own cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale purchases are made on a no-return/no-refund basis, and all sales are final.
If an item is damaged during transit or manufacture, we will exchange it, provided that we are notified of the damage within 7 days of you receiving the goods. If the item is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced, we will provide a suitable alternative of our choosing.
If we request that a damaged item be returned to us for any reason, you must cover the return shipping unless we specifically state otherwise.
We cannot process an exchange if:
- An order is lost/stolen in transit back to us. You would have to file a claim with the shipping provider. We always recommend returning items via a recorded/insured method to avoid such eventualities.
- A product has been used, worn, or damaged by you or your customer. Products can only be returned in the condition in which they were sent.
