This incredible Apollo 10 Second Lunar Spaceflight Cover has been boldly hand signed by Astronaut Tom Stafford, and is postmarked Cape Cavanveral, FL. May 18, 1969. Apollo 10 was the second lunar spaceflight, with Apollo 8 being the first, and was the first lunar spaceflight to test the lunar module descent and ascent to the lunar surface. It was the very first space flight of a complete, crewed Apollo spacecraft to operate around the moon.
