When packaging and posting orders we pay every attention to ensuring that your items arrive safely and on time. We use the USPS and DHL for shipping within the USA and worldwide.
United States Shipping
We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $60 with the exception of premium pieces and products which explicitly state otherwise in their item description. The below-mentioned delivery and processing time frames are intended as guidelines only and delivery can be earlier or later depending on the time of year, i.e. holiday seasons are generally busier and processing/shipping times slower as a result.

- Priority Mail 2-Day | 2 Working Days + 1 Day Processing
- Priority Mail 2-Day Express | 2 Working Days + 1 Day Processing

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day no quibble refund policy on all of our products, excluding products that are on sale, purchased as a payment plan, or unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that some products may be exchanged only, and in such an event that we can't make a suitable exchange (i.e. out of stock in the desired size), we will offer store credit upon the return of the order. To begin the return process please contact us and provide the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
We cannot process a refund if:
- An order is lost/stolen during transit back to us. You would have to file a claim with the shipping provider.
- A product has been used, damaged, or worn. Products can only be returned in the condition in which they were sent.
- A product was purchased under our payment plan program.
- A product was sold in or as part of a sale.
Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse we can issue a refund or in-store credit within 5 working days via the same method in which you paid. Please note that we can only process a refund using the original method of payment. Your card processing company can generally take anywhere from a few days up to 5 working days to refund the balance back into your account - we have no control over this.
Important: When returning an order we strongly advise that you do so via a recorded method of delivery so that the return can be tracked to ensure it arrives safely. We do not cover the costs of returning an order unless it is faulty or defective.
Returns & Refunds for Layaway Payment Plans
Should you decide to cancel your layaway payment plan the initial non-refundable, non-transferrable 20% deposit will be lost and any additional payments made over this initial 20% will be given as store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for layaway payment plans. The credit will be provided in the form of a voucher within 5 working days and can be used for any product(s) in our store.
