Skylab Program Patch
This Skylab Program Patch measures 3 inches in diameter and was produced by NASA's official patch manufacturer, AB Emblem. Skylab was the first US orbital space station and orbited from 1973 to 1979. The space station was launched on top of an unmanned, modified Saturn V rocket, and weighed 169,950 pounds (77 tonnes). There were a total of three manned missions to the Skylab space station. The station itself included a solar observatory, workshop and other space systems.
